Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the Orchestraight platform, applications, and APIs (the "Service") provided by Orchestraight LLC, a company registered in New York, United States at 169 Madison Ave, STE 11653, New York, NY 10016, and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We built Orchestraight to help organizations create effective, honest business content — this policy keeps the platform safe for every customer.
You may not use the Service to:
- Break the law. Violate any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate anyone else doing so.
- Deceive. Create content intended to defraud, or that is deceptive in a manner that violates applicable law — including impersonating another person or organization, or generating fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements presented as real.
- Infringe. Violate anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, including submitting content you have no right to use.
- Harm minors. Create, submit, or distribute any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. We report such material to the appropriate authorities.
- Harass or threaten. Generate or distribute content that harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against any person or group.
- Spam. Send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable law (e.g., CAN-SPAM), or use the Service to operate deceptive outreach schemes.
- Distribute malware. Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
- Attack the Service. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written authorization; attempt to access other customers' organizations or data; circumvent authentication, rate limits, or usage allowances; or interfere with the Service's operation.
- Misuse access. Share credentials, resell or sublicense the Service without authorization, or use the Service to build a competing product by systematic extraction of its outputs or functionality.
- Overload. Use automated means to access the Service in a way that materially degrades it for others, outside of documented API usage.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. For material violations we may remove content, suspend, or terminate access — with notice where practicable, immediately where a violation threatens the security or integrity of the Service or other customers. We may report unlawful activity to law enforcement.
